CANCELLATION POLICIES

KGPE one-on-ones are scheduled by semester (fall, spring, summer). You will receive a confirmation email with your agreed-upon date and time and will be informed of any KGPE observed dates and holidays.

In-home one-on-one classes will receive an invoice through Quickbooks monthly. If you know of a reason you will not be able to attend your regular class, please inform before the 1st to not be charged. Of course, things come up, and KGPE is committed to working with our families. For a last-minute cancelation, one-on-ones must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. Cancellations without at least 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. Invoices not paid by the last day of each month are subject to a $10 late fee.

Small group classes are paid up front. There are no refunds for pre-paid classes.
